REMOTE mode.
0000 DIS 0: None of the switches can be operated.
0001 ST&EJ 1: Only the STOP switch and EJECT switch can be operated.
For selecting the CTL counter display.
0000 12H 0: ±12-hour display
0001 24H 1: 24-hour display
For selecting the EE or VV output in the STOP, FF or REW mode.
0000 EE 0: E-E (electric modulation to electric playback) is output.
0001 TAPE 1: V-V (VTR to VTR recording) is output.
For selecting the WIDE mode.
0000 AUTO 0: The mode is detected automatically.
0001 WIDE 1: The mode is forcibly treated as WIDE.
0002 NORMAL 2: The mode is forcibly treated as NORMAL.
For selecting the operation which is to be performed when the cassette has
been inserted into the unit.
0000 STOP 0: STOP
0001 REW 1: REWIND
0002 PAUSE 2: PLAY PAUSE
0003 PLAY 3: PLAY
For selecting the operation which is to be performed when the tape has
arrived at the end.
0000 STOP 0: STOP
0001 REW 1: REWIND
0002 REW EJ 2: The tape is rewound and, upon completion of rewinding, it is ejected.
0003 EJECT 3: EJECT
For selecting whether the tape is be automatically rolled back in order to
ensure frame to frame continuity.
0000 OFF 0: The tape is not automatically rolled back.
0001 ON 1: The tape is automatically rolled back.
For selecting the format when an L cassette is to be used.
0000 DVCPRO 0: DVCPRO mode
0001 DV 1: DV mode
0002 DVCAM 2: DVCAM mode
For selecting whether to inhibit recording on the unit.
0000 OFF 0: Recording is allowed.
0001 ON 1: Recording is inhibited.
For selecting the capstan lock mode.
0000 2F 0: The 2F lock mode is selected for the capstan.
0001 4F 1: The 4F lock mode is selected for the capstan.
For setting the maximum FF and REW speed.
0000 X32 0: 32 times normal tape speed
0001 X60 1: 60 times normal tape speed
For setting the memory operation.
0000 OFF 0: The memory operation is not performed.
0001 M-STOP 1: The tape is stopped during FF or REW near the BEGIN point.
0002 REPT1 2: When the tape arrives at the end, it is rewound to the BEGIN point where
it stops.
0003 CONT 3: When the tape arrives at the end, it is rewound to the BEGIN point and
played. This sequence is repeated.
