    For future reference please record the following information which can be found on the rating plate and the date of purchase which can be found on your sales invo ice. The rating plate for your oven can be cated by opening the microwave oven door and looking on the right hand side of the chassis.

    Using your microw The adjustment dial o The adjustment dial (E) should only be turned clockwise (towards the book symbol) if you want to use the auto menu function. o For all other purposes and se ttings, the adjustment dial (E) should be turn ed anti-clockwise (towards the clock symbol).

    Microwave cooking o Once the clock has been set, your microwave is then ready to use. o Use the door button (F) to open the door of the microwave. o Check that the slot for the rotating base, the rotating base and the rotating plate correctly assembled in the cavity.

    + 30 second button (Quick start) o If you want to cook on the highest power level setting for a period of time, then you can use the +30 second button (D). o Press the +30 second button (D) once and your microwave will operate on full power for 30 seconds.

    Grill cooking o Press the grill button (I) once and the LED display (A) will show “P100”. Turn the adjustment dial (E) or keep pressing the grill button (I) until “G-1” appears on the LED display. o Once “G-1” appears on the LED display (A), press the confirm button (D).

    Combination cooking Press the combination button (I) once and the LED display (A) will show “P100”. o Turn the adjustment dial (E) or keep pressing the combination button (I) until “C-1”, “C-2”, “C-3” or “C-4” appears on the LED display (see the table below to see the various combination cooking modes that can be selected).

    Convection cooking o Convection cooking allows you to operate your microwave like a traditional oven. Th e appliance does not use microwaves to cook the food and the cavity should be preheated before food is placed inside of it. o Use the door button (F) to open the door of the microwave. o Place whatever you are cooking in the centre of the microwave cavity and then close the microwave door.

    o Press the start button (D) and the microwave will start to pre- heat the oven cavity to the temperature that you have selected. o Once the r equired temperature inside the oven cavity has been reached, an audible signal will sound twice and the LED display will flash.

    Cancelling a cooking cycle o If you wish to cancel a cooking cycle when it is in progress, you should press the stop/clear button (E). o The m icrowave will stop heating immediately, give an audible signal and the LED display (A) will return to showing the time of day.

    Defrost by time o Press the defrost by weight/time button (H) twice and the LED display (A) will show “dEF2”. o Turn the adjustment dial (E) to set the defrost time that you require. o Press the start button (D) and your microwave will start to defrost the food.

    Kitchen timer mode his allows you to set a countdown time of up to 95 minutes when the appliance is not in any cooking mode. IMPORTANT: You must make sure that the appliance is not in any cooking mode before trying to use kitchen timer mode. o Press the clock/kitchen timer button (G) twice and the LED display will show 00.00.

    Auto menu function o Your microwave has menus pre-programmed into it, where it will cook particular types of food on pre-set power levels and for pre- set periods of time. o Turn the adjustment dial (E) clockwise to access the auto menu function, the LED display (A) will show “A-1”.

    Safety lock o When the microwave is not heating, it is possible to switch on the safety lock. o Press and hold down the stop/clear button (C) for 3 seconds. o The microwave will emit a long audible signal and the LED display (A) will display a padlock symbol.

    o You should not use ceramic or porcelain crockery, or porous earthenware inside of your microwave. Thes e dishes could absorb moisture from the food whilst it is cooking, which could cause pressure to build up and shatter the dish. o If you are heating certain foods and any liquid, moisture will evaporate and condensation may occur.
