IN NO EVENT WILL GO PRO'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE
PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction.
European Union Consumers: Go Pro grants for a period of one (1) year from the original
date of purchase of the relevant Go Pro product and free of charge a limited manufacturer's
guarantee to the end customer. This shall not limit any consumer rights which you

governed by the following terms and conditions. Go Pro guarantees that for a period of one
(1)
year from the original date of purchase, your GoPro product will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use and provided it has been used in accordance
with the instructions in the relevant Go Pro user manual (gopro.com/support). In the event
of a defect, please contact Go Pro Customer Support (gopro.com/support) for assistance
and be prepared to present the original purchase receipt. Go Pro's sole obligation under this
guarantee will be, at its option, to repair or replace the defective product. This guarantee
does not apply to products damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. This
guarantee does also not apply to products damaged as a result of repair works not performed

Go Pro products used in combination with water-proof housings are not guaranteed
against water leakage or other water damage including any damage resulting from it.

other rights and remedies available to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
