Share of Client Module in Terminal Service

Windows Server 2003
To connect to the terminal service run by the server, the terminal service client must be used. The
client can be used from the following folder on the server in which the terminal service is installed.
%SystemRoot%\System32\Clients\Tsclient\Win32
To enable the client to be easily installed in any computer, the share is created as described in the
following procedure.
1.
Use the Windows Explorer to move the client to the following folder:
%SystemRoot%\System32\Clients\Tsclient\Win32
"%SystemRoot%" is often the "C:\Windows" folder.
2.
Right-click on the [Win32] folder and click on [Sharing...].
3.
On the [Sharing...] tab, click on [Share this folder].
4.
Change the share name to TSClient.
5.
Click on [Permissions].
6.
Turn off the [Full control] and [Change] check boxes.
7.
Turn on the [Read] access permission.
8.
Click on [OK], and click on [OK] again.
