Symptoms
The display
remains dark

manufacturer of
my device. How
do I determine the
correct code?
The devices will
only react to
certain commands
from the remote
control.

Possible Cause and Remedy
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly
in the remote control and that the polarity + /–
is correct.
If the batteries do not have enough power,
exchange them for new ones.
Check that the devices are correctly turned on
and powered up.
To determine the correct code, try out the
codes one after the other until the majority of
the functions of the device work normally.
You can programme the missing functions
using the learn function.
Test more codes until the device will respond
to the codes accordingly.
In certain individual circumstances, if none of
the given codes is successful, it could be the
case that the device is not compatible with
your universal remote control.
