Installation and replacement of hard disk drives
NOTE
In order for the additional hard disk unit to be addressed by the SISTORE AX application software, it must be
identified as an additional data disk in the "System" configuration menu and be formatted.

4. Attach the hard disk unit with the two
guide rails to the hard disk frame using
the four screws supplied for this
purpose.
5. Connect the power supply line and the
data line to the CD/DVD drive and to
the hard disk unit. Please pay attention
to the orientation of the data line.
Note:
It may be necessary to interchange the
power supply cables of the various
peripheral devices because of the
different cable lengths (you may have to
undo the cable tie).
Note:
When inserting the cooling frame make
sure the cables are not crushed or
damaged.
6. Fit the CD/DVD drive with the hard disk
unit and the guide rails into the device
and secure it using the four screws (see
marking).
7. Fasten the housing cover using the
previously removed screws.
8. Start up the device. Please refer to the
instruction manual for SISTORE AX.
9. Fix cable ties.
