PROBABLE CAUSE
• A DPT or APT is
connected to the
extension port.
• The dialing mode (tone or
pulse) is improper.
The corresponding CO
button does not exist on the
proprietary telephone.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• Disconnect the DPT or APT and
connect a single line telephone.
• Set the Tone / Pulse switch to the
other position.
Program the CO button. See "Flexible
CO key Assignment" in 4.3 Extension
Line.
