D 01: DCP General Status

This diagnostic indicates the general status of the DCP501. Figure D-2 illustrates the LEDs,
which alternate between the error code and the purchases count:

The purchases count is used by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to check returned
DCP501 for uncollected purchases that are used to close out a subscriber's account. The largest
error code takes priority.
Figure D-3 illustrates the DCP STATUS OSD, which displays the error code, a short description
of the error, the purchases count, and specific model information:
