SETUP menu
The SETUP menu is common to CAMERA and PLAY
mode.

Function
To exit SETUP mode, and retrieve the
Menu display.
To select the size shown on the LCD
when the SIZE button is pressed.
Factory setting is that all items can be
selected.
"Guide Print-RGB" and "Guide Print-
DLGm" are always displayed.
To select the type of guidelines shown on
the LCD.
To set and release power save mode.
To select the units for indicating sizes.
To select the format of the signal output
from the VIDEO OUT jack.
To turn on and off the sound with
operations.
To set the date and time.

FRAME-[5] (LINE1/LINE2): The positions of two horizontal
lines are adjustable.
FRAME-[6] (WIDTH): The width of two vertical lines is
adjustable.
Power Save
OFF: No power save operation
3 MINUTES: For turning the power off automatically in three
minutes
10 MINUTES: For turning the power off automatically in 10
minutes

PAL: Supplies a PAL signal (The MONITOR (PAL) switch is
enabled.)
NTSC: Supplies an NTSC signal
Sound
OFF: No sound is heard.
SHUTTER: Sounds when the release or PRINT button is

ON: Sounds for all operations (excluding pressing the zoom
lever, PLAY/CAMERA switch, and MONITOR (PAL)
switch).
