~
The wok is fitted with a cooling fan. If a drawer is
fitted directly underneath the wok, ensure that there is
sufficient space between the drawer and its contents
and the underside of the appliance in order to ensure
sufficient ventilation for the wok. Do not store pointed or
small items or paper in the drawer. They could get in
through the ventilation slots or be sucked into the
housing by the fan and damage the fan or impair
cooling.
~
Spray canisters, aerosols and other inflammable
substances must not be stored in a drawer under the
wok. Cutlery inserts must be heat-resistant.
~
Metal utensils stored in a drawer under the wok can
become hot if the induction wok is used intensively for
a long time.
~
Always ensure that food is sufficiently cooked or
reheated. Some foods may contain micro-organisms
which are only destroyed by thorough cooking at a
sufficiently high temperature for long enough.
Therefore, when cooking or reheating food such as
poultry, it is particularly important that the food is
completely cooked through. If in doubt, select a longer
cooking or reheating time.
