To avoid the risk of accidents and damage to the appliance, please read these instructions carefully before installation and before using it for the first time. They contain important notes on installation, safety, use and maintenance.
  • Page 10 The appliance is intended for domestic use only to cook food and keep it warm. Any other use is not supported by the manufacturer and could be dangerous. Miele cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use or operation of the appliance.
  • Page 11 Warning and Safety instructions Safety with children Activate the safety lock to ensure that children cannot switch on the appliance inadvertently. This appliance is not a toy! To prevent the risk of injury, do not let children play with the appliance or its controls.

When the appliance is switched on either deliberately or by mistake, or when there is residual heat present, there is the risk of metal objects heating up, with a danger of burning.
