Result of operation
When a path is not being
monitored, nothing changes.
While a path is being monitored, the
value of the error count and the
elapsed monitoring time are reset to
0, and then intermittent error

monitored, the IEM settings will
take effect again when the path is
recovered from the error status by
performing an automatic failback.
IEM is disabled.
