Table 15 Fabric OS 6.2.2d closed defects (continued)
Closed defect summary
After upgrading to FOS 6.2.x firmware on 4 Gb
switches, critical messages (CDR- 1 003) are posted to
the RASLOG when a SupportSave operation is
executed.
Path loss traces do not contain enough debugging
information when Access Gateway mode is enabled.
Administration passwords are reset to the default
password after upgrading from FOS 6.1.x to FOS
6.2.2c on all switches.
Some FA MIB counters/statistics are available through
the Command Line Interface, but they are not available
through SNMP for all switches.
Erroneous port faults may be reported in the RASLOG
after a switch with a large number of link-down events
has been in operation for an extended period of time.

The fans on an HP StorageWorks DC SAN Backbone
Director Switch may erroneously be flagged as bad
and get logged with a "[PLAT-5042], FAN I2C reset"
error code in the Raslog, even though they are
operating properly.
The Switchshow command reports the switch port state
as "Mod_Val" rather than "Online" after a switch
reboot test and ISL fails to form. This applies to all
switches except for the HP 8/8 Base (0) e-port SAN
Switch, HP 8/8 (8)-ports Enabled SAN, HP 8/24 Base
16-ports Enabled SAN Switch Switch, HP 8/40 Base
24-ports Enabled SAN Switch, and the HP 8/40
Power Pack+ 24-ports SAN Switch.
Access Gateway is not displayed by the DCFM client
when utilizing an EOS seed switch.
When more than one RPC connection is established
simultaneously on a switch with busy management
applications, a race condition may cause multiple
connections to free a shared object and trigger rpcd
panic.
After performing a LOGO following a firmware
download the switch route is not properly established.
The host cannot see the target because the PLOGI
Accept from the HBA is dropped by the switch.
The LED for online trunked F-Ports goes from a steady
green to off after a code upgrade or
hareboot/hafailover.
