Tap Download and to enter the download screen.

If Cable is selected, phone will detect the cable connection status
automatically. If the connection is ready, a download confirmation
screen will be displayed.

On your computer, start the TrueSync application and choose J2ME
Loading. Press Browse and select the Java (J2ME) application you want
to download. Your computer will start the download then.
