Adding New Message Folders

1 At the Message centre menu, tap
Enter the name of the new folder.

2 Tap Routing to display the list of recipients, select the recipients and tap
OK.
3 At the Remove Based On prompt, click on the arrow to display the
following options:

Age:
This enables the message(s) to be kept for a pre-determined period of
time. If this option is chosen, you will prompted to enter the number of
days at the Delete After prompt.
The maximum number of days you can enter is 999.

Number:
This enables you to customise the deletion criteria. If you choose this
option, you will be prompted to enter the number of latest messages
you want to keep.
The maximum number of messages you can enter is 999.

If you select Do Not Remove, messages will be kept indefinitely.
4 Tap OK: To add the new folder to the Message Centre.
! Only those folders that you created can be rename or delete.
The default cannot be renamed or deleted. You can create up
to 8 folders.
and select New Folder.
