Lid Handle & Control Knobs
 Remove the bolts, flat washers, insolation plates, and bezels from the lid handle,
as shown in the diagram below.
 Carefully assemble the lid handle as shown in this diagram.
Note: Don't fully tighten the bolts until both bolts are attached and aligned.
 Find the 3 control knobs and firmly press them into the valve stems.
