Suggestion
Power off the devices
connected to the same DC
bus (turn off the AC and
DC switches, and wait for
a period specified on the
device safety warning
label), and then perform
the following operations:
Check that the
communications cable is
securely connected and
turn on the AC and DC
switches. If the fault
persists, contact your
dealer or technical
support.
Turn off the AC and DC
switches, wait for 5
minutes, and then turn on
the AC and DC switches. If
the fault persists, replace
the monitoring board or
contact your dealer or
technical support.
