TROUBLESHOOTING
6.5. THERMISTORS SERVICE KPI-(252~2002)(E/H)2E
MODELS
Step 1:
Remove the screws of the fan cover.
Step 2:
Acces to the thermistors.
Step 3:
Set the fan cover with the screws. No gap can remain after
setting.
CAUTION
Fan units have an hinge that prevent them to fall. Make sure to
subject the fan before remove the screws.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1.ALARMS CODE

NOTE:
If an alarm situation occurs, the unit will be stopped and the alarm message will be shown on the remote control 8 minutes after the incidence.
CAUTION
When overflow of drain water from the unit occurs, stop the operation and contact your contractor.
When you smell or see white smoke coming from the unit, turn OFF the main power supply and contact your contractor.
7.2. IF TROUBLE STILL REMAINS
If trouble still remains even after checking the following, contact your
contractor and inform them of the following items.
1. Unit Model Name.
2. Content of Trouble
3. Alarm Code N°. On Liquid Crystal Display

Smells from unit

Smell adheres on the unit after a long period of time.
Clean the air filter and the heat exchanger element.
