COOKING WITH ELECTRIC GRILL
Switch on the electric grill by turning the
control knob to the maximum position
(fig. 4.5); let to preheat for about 5 minutes
with the door closed.
Introduce the food to be cooked positioning
the rack as close to the grill as possible; the
dripping pan should be placed under the
rack to catch the cooking juices and fats.
The grill shall be used with the oven door
closed.
Use with the control knob in the
maximum position for maximum 30
minutes.
It is recommended that you do not grill
for longer than 30 minutes at any one
time.
Attention: The oven door becomes very
hot during operation. Keep children
away.

OVEN DOOR GUARD
The glass on the oven door reaches high
temperatures during operation.
For child safety, a door guard can be fitted
to prevent contact with the hot glass.
The door guard is supplied as an accessory
at extra cost, if required.

KEEP WARM OR SLOW HEATING
Switch on the electric grill.
Turn the grill control knob to the minimum
position (fig. 4.6).
The heat is diffused throughout the oven by
radiation.
Grilling with the oven door closed.
It is recommended that you do not grill
for longer than 30 minutes at any one
time.
OVEN LIGHT

The oven provides an interior lamp to allow
the visual inspection during the cooking.
To light the oven lamp turn the grill control
knob (fig. 4.7) to the symbol
NOTE:
The oven lamp stays alight during the grill
operation.
