The optical system of ChromasterUltra R
illustrated in Figure 2-4. The light emitted from D
into the entrance of flow cell unit by way of the condensing mirror.
The incident light is introduced into a capillary flow cell by the
optical fiber of incident side. The transmitted light then absorbed
by solvent or sample in the flow cell is emitted from the exit of
flow cell unit by the optical fiber of emission side.
The emitted light from the exit of flow cell unit is condensed at
the incident slit of spectrometer, and then entered into the
spectrometer.
The incident light is then dispersed by the grating, followed by
conversion into electric signal by the photodiode array (PDA).
