Procedure
Step 1 Open the main water inlet valve of the unit.
Step 2 Ensure that the needle valve and exhaust valve on the pipe are closed and the
chilled water valve is in the 100% state.
Step 3 Gradually open the exhaust valve, as shown in
Pressure. Gas and chilled water flow out of the exhaust hose together.
Step 4 Adjust the exhausting speed until no bubble flows out of the hose.
Step 5 After gas is expelled, manually turn the chilled water valve to the 0 state.
Step 6 Close the exhaust valve.
----End

4.4.6 Leakage Test with Water

Context
Procedure
Step 1 Manually open the chilled water valve.
Step 2 Raise the water pressure in the chilled water pipe to 0.8 MPa. If no leakage occurs
after 30 minutes, retain the pressure for 24 hours. The expected result is that the
pressure drop is less than 0.01 MPa and the pipe does not leak. Then, release the
pressure in the pipe.
Step 3 Release the pressure in the pipe, manually close the chilled water valve.
----End

4.5 Installing Cables

4.5.1 Precautions

Issue 05 (2022-12-15)
If the leakage test has been done with nitrogen, skip the test with water.
Open the exhaust valve of each heat exchanger to exhaust nitrogen onsite.
Ensure that the indoor temperature is always above 0°C during the leakage
test with water, otherwise, the pipes may experience frost cracks. If the indoor
temperature is below 0°C, take anti-freezing measures for the pipes.
Connections of all power cables, control cables, and ground cables must
comply with local electrical regulations, and the cable specifications should
comply with local cabling specifications.
For details about the maximum current, see the nameplate of the unit.
Check that the input voltage and frequency of the active power supply meet
the requirements of the unit.
