4.2.2 Precautions in transportation
To prevent the device from being damaged during transportation, the original packing should be
left untouched until the device arrives near the intended installation site.
The detector is equipped with hanging hooks. Lift it as shown in Figure 4.5. For information on the
actual mass of each diameter, refer to "10. Outline Dimensions"
IMPORTANT
Never lift the detector by inserting a bar into its measurement pipe, because this will
damage the linings, thus making it impossible to take stable measurements.
* The lifting work should be executed by those qualified for crane work or slinging work
