Right-click on the Printer icon, and then select [Printer Properties].
The printer properties window appears.
IMPORTANT
• Some Windows functions and print settings are displayed in the printer properties window. Print settings are
located in the [General] tab and the [Utility] tab of the printer properties window. Refer to Windows product
documentation for information related to Windows functions.
• The settings that can be configured on the [Utility] tab of the printer properties window are different from those
that can be configured on the [Utility] tab of the printing preferences window.
NOTE
• About the Guide Position Confi rmation Message
When closing the printer properties window, a message will be displayed regarding the paper guide position.
To prevent this message from being displayed, check the "Do not display this message again." check box and
then click [OK].
To allow this message to be displayed again, you need to reinstall the printer driver. For the printer driver
installation procedure, refer to the "Getting Started Guide."
