Adjusting Print Head Position

Adjust the print head position if a color shift is found.
To adjust the print head position, print adjustment patterns and enter adjustment values while looking at the
printed adjustment patterns.
IMPORTANT
• Administrative privileges over this printer are required to configure printer settings.
If a user without administrative privileges proceeds with printer settings configuration, a message "You do not
have rights to printer management. Please contact your system administrator." appears.

• Make sure exclusive paper for color label printer, which is equal to or larger than 1 inch × 1.5 inch in size, is set in
the printer. If the paper size is smaller than 1 inch × 1.5 inch, adjustment patterns cannot be printed.
• Print head position cannot be adjusted when printing is in progress or an error has occurred.
NOTE
• After completion of printing of adjustment patterns, paper is cut automatically regardless of the auto cutter
setting.

Check the print paper.
Use exclusive paper for color label printer which is equal to or larger than 1 inch × 1.5 inch in size.

Open the properties window of the printer.
