BOTTOM SLEEVE

Screw Cap Opener

Note 1: For information about using the Screw Cap
Opener, refer to the manual for the Screw
Cap Opener.
Allow one pitch on the screw to remain and apply
bond (LOCTITE 243 or equivalent) to secure the
bottom sleeve.
2 mm or more
Apply bond.

Note 3: Install the bottom sleeve to the unit before
affixing the model number label.
Affix the model number label within the
affixing area while aligning the hyphen
of the model name with the center of
the switch knob.

Note 4: When installing the bottom sleeve,
tighten so that the bottom sleeve
does not become loose.

1 Put the loop of the belt on the bottom sleeve,
firmly tighten and rotate.
Note 2: The bottom sleeve firmly secured in place
with bond. When using a jig, please work
carefully so as not to damage the model
number label and bottom sleeve.
2 Remove the bottom sleeve block
in the direction of the arrow.
