• Ensure that the speaker and Bluetooth
device to which it is connected are
within 33 feet (10 meters) of each
other.
• Ensure that there is no obstruction be-
tween the speaker and the connected
Bluetooth device.
• Locate the small pinhole marked
RESET located on the back side of the
speaker. Insert a straightened paper
clip through the pinhole and depress
the switch inside. The speaker unit will
automatically power off.
• Check that the device's input current
does not exceed 1000mA (1A).
• Check that the speaker is in USB
charging mode.
