4. Remove the 3 screws and the flexible coupling.
Problem
Too much vibra-
tion and/or unusual
noises.
Decreased or no

Troubleshooting

Cause
The burnishing disc is worn or damaged.
The bearing is defective.
The coupling is worn.
The burnishing pad is worn.
The incorrect type of burnishing pad for the
surface.
Only 1 phase comes into the product.
No power supply.
A defective component.
The extension cable is disconnected or dam-
aged.
The voltage is not correct
The motor protection switch is in operation
because of overload.
The motor has a defect.
5. Inspect the flexible coupling for wear and damage.
6. Install the new coupling in the opposite sequence.
Solution
Examine the burnishing disc for damaged
parts and too much movement.
Do a check of the bearing on the axle drive
shaft and replace if it is necessary.
Replace the coupling.
Replace the worn parts.
Replace the burnishing pad with correct
burnishing pad for the surface.
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Connect and start the product.
Connect the product to a power outlet.
Do a check of the power supply. If the prod-
uct does not start, speak to an electrician.
Speak to an approved service center.
Connect the extension cable or if it is neces-
sary, replace the extension cable.
Do a check if the voltage relays are changed.
Let an electrician do a check if there is cor-
rect voltage in the terminals.
Decrease the load.
Do a check of the motor.
