The hydraulic fluid must be changed annually! Only
use organic hydraulic fluid (e.g. meguin HEES 46).

Activity
Visual inspection:
All stickers must be present
and clearly legible.
Visual inspection:
Components must not be
damaged.
Visual inspection:
No damage to insulation.
Visual inspection:
No escape of fluid.
Function test:
Detent locks must extend and
retract properly.
Cleaning:
Clean all contaminated surfaces
and apply preservative agent if
applicable.
Paintwork care:
Sand down paint blemishes
with sand paper (grain size
120) and touch up with the
appropriate RAL shade.
Function test:
Raise and lower the lifting
platform.
Check fluid level in tank.
Top up with specified organic
hydraulic fluid if necessary.
Check lubrication:
Lubricate all moving
components as per lubrication
chart.
Check strength.
Tightening torque M16 =
80 Nm. Tighten if necessary.
