1.0 INTRODUCTION
This manual provides general information to allow users to get started with the S-80 Smart Gate™
mechanism (S-80), including instructions for installation, maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of
the unit. This information is essential to ensure proper system operation and problem diagnosis. It is
recommended that each system operator and maintainer become familiar with the information provided
herein before attempting to program, calibrate, or troubleshoot the S-80.
