When climbing the ladder, one's center of gravity should not deviate from
l
the ladder edge. To avoid danger and ensure safety, make sure that three
parts of the body should be kept on the ladder, that is, the feet should be
pressed against the ladder and one hand fast grips the ladder, as shown in
Figure 4. Never climb the topmost four rungs of a ladder. If one is about to
climb to the roof, the length of the ladder should be at least 1 meter higher
above the eave, as shown in Figure 5.
