Place the documents on the feed tray (page 49).

If the output destination is a computer connected via USB:

When "Touch Free Scanning" is selected, scanning will start when documents are placed on the
feed tray.

When "Single Touch Scanning" is selected, press the Start/Stop button (

If the output destination is a computer connected via LAN:

"Touch Free Scanning" is not available.
•
Remove documents after they have been scanned.
