14.1 Cleaning notes

NOTICE
Do not use any solvents (e. g. diluents) for cleaning!

14.2 Maintenance notes

The Safety extension module IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01 runs without mainte-
nance. Check the Safety extension module IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01 at least
annually. The check includes:
Correct position of the extension module

Correct position of all plug connections and terminal connection
●
Damage or rupture
●
Replace the extension card IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01 immediately if damaged.
In case of damages, please contact the Bosch Rexroth Service.

14.3 Replacing SD card

NOTICE
Only qualified service personnel is allowed to exchange the SD card.
For the position of the SD card, refer to
IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01" on page
To replace the SD card, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the complete system from voltage. This includes the
IndraControl XM control. The Safety extension module IndraControl
XFE01.1-SY-01 is connected to this control.
2. Secure the system against restart.
3. Press the SD card down into the slot down until the SD card disengages.
4. Remove the SD card from the slot.
5. Insert the new SD card into the slot with the labeling up.
6. Press the SD card down into the slot down until the SD card engages.
7. Check whether the SD card correctly engaged into the slot.
8. Commission the system again.
The front panel is dissolved by solvents!
Unintended exchange of the SD card can dam-
age the Safety extension module IndraControl
XFE01.1-SY-01
