9.8 Assembling the control unit
For products with S/N: -2015080000 (536LiL),
-2015100000 (536LiR).

LiL - Connect the red wire from the battery contact
to the main switch.
LiR - Connect the red wire from the control cables
to the battery contact. Carefully press the cable so
the pin snaps onto the connector.
NB! Do not bend the pin.
See Figure 17a.

Connect the cables from the motor to the control
unit with (A, gray) at the top, followed by (B, black)
in the middle and (C, red) at the bottom. Connect
the yellow wire (D) to the control unit, contact (E)
to the keypad and contact (F) to the fan. NB! Make
sure to apply grease to the contact surfaces
and also the connector.

Place all the control unit components in the battery
housing.
Take care to return all the cables to their correct
positions to avoid pinching.
Fasten screws (2x) to the control unit (G) and
screws (2x) to the battery contact (H).
Tightening torque 1 Nm.

Assemble the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the wear guard under the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the operating handle (LiL).
Assemble the handle arm (LiR).
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".
When replacing the control board
When replacing the control board to part number:
588 21 52-01 for 536LiL.
588 21 53-01 for 536LiR
Make sure the support bar, see illustration, is cut
off for products with 536LiL S/N -2015080000 and
536LiR with S/N -2015100000. Cut off the support
bar as far down in the housing as possible and
take out the piece of plastic. See Figure 19c.
For products with S/N 2015080001- (536LiL) and
201510000- (536LiR), allow the support bar to remain
as the cabling can be pulled inside the support bar.
