1.5.3

Service period

The service period for the products will be 5 years after the year the product status has been changed to 'Sales only'. For a
non-repairable type number (exchange on type number level in case of defects) the support strategy for the remaining
service period will be reconsidered at the moment the regular production will be ceased and the product is deleted from
the catalogue. When the replacement on type number level is continued in case of defects, the delivery of a type number
with the same fit and function will be guaranteed during the above mentioned service period. But not necessarily the same
type number.
