5 Additional Information
Images are not transferred to the FTP server.
A card was not inserted into the main capture camera or the card is full. Replace the card with one with sufficient

available space.
Check the FTP server settings. For details, refer to the chapter about wired (Ethernet) networks in the instruction

manual of the camera used.
The power/status lamp flashes in orange (about once per second for about 10 seconds).
An error has occurred in the IP controller. Turn the IP controller off and then on again.

The IP controller is not responding.
Reset the IP controller's settings to their initial values using the power switch (A 30).

After changing the motion range values, you tried to open the [Log Out], [Update firmware] or other screen without

having clicked [Save]. To keep the motion rang settings, click [Cancel] and then [Save] (A 21). If you click [OK], all
the changes made will be discarded.
Failed to restore the factory setting.
The IP controller could not reset the settings using the menu command. Reset the IP controller's settings to their

initial values using the power switch (A 30).
Failed to upload the firmware.
The firmware could not launch correctly. Turn the IP controller and the connected devices off and then on again

(A 13). Launch the web setup tool (A 14) and try the operation again.

An unknown error has occurred. Turn the IP controller and the connected devices off and then on again. Launch

the web setup tool and try the operation again.
 Resetting the IP Controller to Factory Settings
You can click [
] (menu) > [Maintenance] > [Restore Factory Settings] to reset all the IP controller's settings to factory
default values. If the operation through the web setup tool is not possible, you can also restore the factory settings
manually using the power switch.

Slide the power switch and hold it for more than 10 seconds.

After the power/status indicator starts flashing very quickly (8 times per second), it will switch to
flashing twice per second. When it does, release the power switch.
 The IP controller's settings will be reset to factory default values.
