Check if the connectors at the relevant locations are disconnected for the feed motor driver PCB and the saddle stitcher controller PCB following the procedure

below.

1) Check if the connectors of feed motor driver PCB are disconnected.

1-1) Loosen the 2 screws [2] and remove the 6 screws [3] to remove the rear cover.

1-2) Check if the connectors of J277, J278 and J286 of the feed motor driver PCB are disconnected. If no connector is disconnected, check other factors (discon-

nection of cable and sensor, etc.)

1-3) Install the rear cover, connect the power supply inlet cable and LAN cable, and attach the shunt cable.

2) Check if the connector of the saddle stitcher controller PCB is disconnected.

2-1) Open the front cover of the finisher and pull the saddle unit out.

2-2) Remove the 6 screws [2] and release the 2 hooks [3] to remove the saddle stitcher controller PCB cover [1].
