Description
Please explain how to replace the staple case for stapler unit.
Field Remedy
When the cartridge of stapler unit for Finisher-AM1/Saddle Finisher-AM2 is empty of staples and the staple case needs to be replaced, the animation screen indi-
cating the replacement of the staple case is displayed on the Touch Panel display. Finisher-AM1 and Saddle Finisher-AM2 are located in the following location of
the overall view.
[Caution]
- Even when the cover of the installed option is opened to replace the staple case, remove the cutting/punching/staple waste or remove a paper or staple jam, a copy/
print output to correctly operating options may be performed. Installed options should be carefully handled.
- Insert the staple case to the staple cartridge and then remove the orange colored tape securing staples in the staple case.
[Reference]
- Finisher-AM1 and Saddle Finisher-AM2 are options.
- It is recommended to order the staple case to a dealer before staples are depleted.
