Pressing the flange pedal or the keypad lifter button it
is possible to control the correct functioning of the mi-
croswitch: if the word "ON" doe not appear check with
the multimeter microswitch and cable.
Clamp button
Pressing the button lifter keypad it is possible to con-
trol the correct functioning of the microswitch: if the
word "ON" does not appear, check with the multimeter
the microswitch and the cable.
Lift up button
Pressing the button lifter keypad it is possible to con-
trol the correct functioning of the microswitch: if the
word "ON" does not appear, check with the multimeter
the microswitch and the cable.
Lift down button
Pressing the button lifter keypad it is possible to con-
trol the correct functioning of the microswitch: if the
word "ON" does not appear, check with the multimeter
the microswitch and the cable.
"Magnet" aludata magnet
Selecting with the ARROW keys "magnet" and pressing
the OK key it is possible to control the magnet func-
tions, thus of the locking of the aludata roller feeler in
position: if it does not function, check with a multim-
eter that the magnet receives tension and then proceed
to replace it.
"Brake" - Electromagnetic brake
Selecting with the ARROW keys "brake" and pressing
the OK key the motor brake turns on: if it does not work
check in the settings page if it is active or proceed with
the entire motor replacement.
"flange open/close" Open/closure pneumatic flange
Selecting with the ARROW keys "flange open/close"
and pressing OK it is possible to control the functional-
ity of the pneumatic flange: if it does not work proceed
to replacement of the entire electrovalve. If the mecha-
nism doe not open completely check the exercise pres-
sure of the pneumatic system, check that the exhaust
mufflers are completely open and check that the cylin-
der perfectly aligned with the measuring shaft.
"lift up/down" Wheel lifter
Selecting with the ARROW keys "lift up/down" and
pressing OK it is possible to check the functionality of
the lifter: if it does not work, proceed with the replace-
ment of the entire electrovalve.

Selecting with the arrow keys "wheel up/down" and
pressing OK you can control the functionality of the
lifter clamp: if it does not work proceed with replace-
ment of the entire electrovalve.
Electrovalve assembly
With 4 electrovalves are controlled some functions of
the machine:

protection cover
R
pneumatic flange.
The adjusters of the valves for practical reasons are
fitted on the outside of the machine, in order to make
operating as easier as possible. These settings give the
possibility to reduce or rise the speed of the different
elements that have been mentioned above.

NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE
1. TAKE OUT THE FLOW CONTROLLER.
2. DISCONNECT THE COMPRESSED AIR HOSE WHICH
CONNECTS THE FRONT CYLINDER HEAD TO THE
CORRESPONDING COMPRESSED AIR SOLENOID
VALVE.
3. CONNECT THE FLOW CONTROLLER TO BOTH ENDS.

ATTENTION: TO ENSURE CORRECT OPERATION OF
THE FLOW CONTROLLER, CHECK THAT THE INLET
AND OUTLET ARE AS SHOWN ON THE FLOW CONT-
ROLLER.
4. SET THE FLOW CONTROLLER FOLLOWING INSTAL -
LATION.
