0: No response (Busy status)
1: Inverter can accept data (Ready status)
7: Command execution error (error number is stored into PWE) (Refer to the next page)
8: No operation change rights (error number is stored into PWE) (Refer to the next page)
Others: Not used

PP = 0: sev_I, block I
