Data area length:
Read data length: Byte count of read profile information
When the opposite node returns a normal response and the received data
exceeds the data area byte length, only the data area length worth of data is set.
Note2: When an error response (M_RLT=1) comes from a server side node, "-5106
(M_RLT= abnormal receive)" is stored in the STATUS area of a XMIT_T function
block. The error code of a server side node is not stored in that area.
