TEST 01, TEST 02, and TEST 03 are automated
performance tests. ADJUST 1 through ADJUST 5 are
automated adjustments, and are covered in chapter 2
of the Service Manual. The STORE ADJUSTMENT
DATA function allows the user to store the calibration
data (collected in the automated adjustments) in the
EEPROM internal to the MFS. The following discussion
will focus on the automated adjustment procedures.
The adjustments may be selected either individually
or as a group. ADJUST 1 through ADJUST 4 adjust
individual parameters of the HP 11757B. ADJUST 5
performs a complete adjustment (ADJUST 1 through
ADJUST 4).
TEST 01 through TEST 03 and ADJUST 1 through
ADJUST 4 are band dependent. For proper testing, the
frequency band must be selected before the test is run.
