AT^SNFO: <outBbcGain>, <outCalibrate[0]> ...
<outCalibrate[4]>, <side Tone>
AT^SAIC: <io>,<mic>,<ep>

operators at location number <index>. If <index> is
given but <oper> is left out, the entry is deleted.
