Solution
4. Fully charge the battery string and prepare
the UPS backup power supply. Then
perform a capacity test to query the SOH of
the battery. If the SOH is abnormal, replace
the abnormal battery.
1. Check that battery terminal screws are
tightened.
2. Check that battery terminals are properly
connected to connectors.
3. Compare the internal resistance of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.

the battery. If the SOH is abnormal, replace
the abnormal battery.
1. Compare the charge voltage of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.
2. Compare the discharge voltage of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.

4. Prepare the UPS backup power supply.
Then simulate the scenario of triggering
high temperature alarms. During the
simulation process, compare the
temperature of the abnormal battery and
that of the normal battery. If the battery
temperature is still abnormal, replace the
abnormal battery.
