Modify data of buffer assignment
Description
The block selects the relevant tool data in accordance with the cursor position in the
"Assignment buffer" display and initializes the display parameters in the "Modify tool data"
display.
If the cursor is positioned on a loading or change location, display construction is disabled
when the softkey is pressed and the interactive text "Illegal criterion" appears.
In case of an error, an interactive text is output together with an error message.
