5.2.3 Checking Personnel Requirements

Construction personnel must have basic knowledge of safe operation, be trained to master
correct operation methods, and have the appropriate job qualifications.
When the user organizes construction personnel, ensure that:

Check that the installation environment meets the requirements before installation. For details

5.3 Packing, Transportation, and Unpacking

Packing
Unless otherwise stipulated, select appropriate packing and transportation units according to
Huawei transportation specifications.
Use appropriate packing materials to protect cabinets during transportation and storage. The
standard packing materials include:

To prevent moisture, pack cabinets with film, and fill desiccants between the film and
cabinets.

 Some dedicated tools and installation materials delivered with equipment may not be listed in this
table.
 To prevent electric shock, get tools insulated and wear ESD gloves when connecting cables.
Construction personnel have been trained and qualified by Huawei to master methods for
system installation and commissioning, and have obtained work permits before they
begin to install and commission equipment.
Technical personnel from the user have been trained by Huawei and have mastered the
methods for installation and construction.
The number of construction personnel depends on the project progress and the
installation environment.
Construction personnel have read through the safety precautions and related product
documents before they begin work.
Huawei will not be liable for any consequences caused if the installation environment does not meet the
requirements.
