<How to set the outdoor unit address>
Press the HOME (S004) key for longer than 1 second, to display the menu item number . "    "
Next, press the UP (S005) or DOWN (S006) key and the menu item number will be displayed. Select "    ".
After "    " is displayed, "      " is displayed. While "      " is displayed press the SET (S007)
key. (Green LED lights up.)
Next, by using the UP (S005) or DOWN (S006) key display the outdoor unit address setting "      ". When
the outdoor unit address setting is displayed, press the SET (S007) key for longer than 1 second.
The red LED (D052) lights up, indicating a TEST/WARNING. In this condition, use the UP (S005) or DOWN
(S006) key to select the outdoor unit address.
* The display is as below.
* The setting range is from 1 - 2.
↑ DOWN key (006)
↓ UP key (005)
After completing selection of the outdoor unit address, press SET (S007) key for longer than 1 second. The red
LED (D052) for indicating a test or warning turns off
Press the HOME (S004) key for longer than 1 second, to complete the setting operation.
<How to set whether there is a terminating resistance or not>
* Set this with S010 on the outdoor unit main board. (Refer to the corresponding page of "III. Reference Docu-
ment.") Set only one of the outdoor units connected to the same indoor/outdoor control wire to "SHORT," and set
all of the others to "OPEN." (The setting at the time of shipment is SHORT.)
