5. Regulatory information
5.1 RoHS
The XDK110 meets the requirements of the directive regarding restriction of hazardous substances
(RoHS), see also:
Directive 2011/65//EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 September 2011 on the
restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
5.2 Telecommunication
The XDK110 meets the requirements of the directive on radio equipment and telecommunications
terminal equipment (R&TTE) 1999/5/EC.
5.3 Radiofrequency Radiation Exposure and further Information
The radiated output power of the device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, the device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact
during normal operation is minimized.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS
standard(s). Operation is subject to the following three conditions:
This device may not cause harmful interference, and

This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.
The minimum distance between body and device should be 20 cm.
