4. ATTENDANT FEATURES

ATTENDANT

Description
The system can be programmed with three types
of
attendants.
The
assignment's descriptions for each type are;
System Attendant - one system attendant is
-
defined as the first main attendant
-
Main Attendant - max. 1 stations can be
defined as main attendants (PGM 164). The
fist main attendant is the system attendant
and it can be changed but, not removed. All
main
attendants
Attendant Programming exclusively.
Intercom Group Attendant (only for Intercom
-
Group) - each intercom tenancy group can
have its own attendant. The attendant controls
the stations belonging to the intercom tenancy
group.
As default, the first main attendant, and thus the
system attendant, is assigned as STA 101, while
other attendants are not assigned.

ATTENDANT CALL/QUEUING

Description
A station may place an internal call to an attendant
using the abbreviated dial code '0'.
Operation
To call an attendant,
1.
Lift handset.
2.
Dial 0 or the intercom number of the
attendant station.

Condition
1. Dialing code 0, it rings at the programmed
attendant station of the ICM group. If there is
no programmed station as attendant, it rings
at main attendant.
2. Any attendant call will be queued and
ringback tone or MOH will be provided to the
calling party if the attendant is busy (PGM
160-BTN 1).
3. When an attendant calls another attendant
which is busy, busy tone will be heard and the
calling attendant can make camp-on.
4. If
attendant
forward, the calls for attendant will follow the
call forward process.

ATTENDANT CLOCK SET

Description
The attendant can set the date and time of the
system.
Operation
To set the date/time of the system,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 4 1.
3. Dial 6-digit date (2-digit each for month/day/
year). If only time needs to be changed, do
not dial current date and go to step 4.
4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
5. Dial 4-digit time (military format).
6. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To activate "Network Clock Set",
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 4 6.
3. Dial 1 to activate Network-Clock set.
4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
