Dust and particles
Dust and particles can block the machine's cooler, cause
overheating and increase wear on the machine's bearings
and shafts. Clean and lubricate the machine regularly.
The hydraulic system is extremely sensitive to
contaminants. Small particles can cause breakdowns and
increase wear in the components.
There is a high risk of contamination in conjunction with
servicing and repairs when the hydraulic system is
opened.
Contamination of the hydraulic system can be
prevented by:
• Keeping the machine clean, particularly before
servicing, repairs or changing tools.
• Carrying out daily inspections.
• Carrying out regular servicing.
