Entering RCP Configuration Information

The following information must be entered for each RCP:

RCP Configuration: If more than one RCP is installed, enter configuration
information for the RCP:

Runtime Application: Select the runtime application that will be used for the
RCP:

Description
A short free-text description of the RCP, a number to identify
the RCP, and a short name for the RCP.
The resident software application used for operating the RCP.
Address of the main network card connection on the RCP,
plus a designation of whether the dynamic host configuration
protocol (DHCP) is to be used for that connection.
Address of the backup network card connection on the RCP,
plus a designation of whether the dynamic host configuration
protocol (DHCP) is to be used for that connection.
Length of inactivity time before displaying the screen saver.
If only one RCP is installed, this step can be ignored.
Select the RCP Description box, then type a short free-text description of
the RCP.
Select the RCP ID box, then type a one- or two-digit number to identify
the RCP.
Select the RCP Name box, then type a short (up to eight characters)
name for the RCP.
The runtime application will be specified by Telemetrics
representatives during installation. .
This information is not required if only one RCP is
installed.
